She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Shepherd and Elmer Shepherd of Parkhill; her uncle George; her aunt Marjorie Prest of Exeter; and her friend April.

She is survived by: her husband Melvyn Carr Harris; her children, Carolee, Wray (Christine) and Glen (Gorete); her grandchildren, Chloe, Raehanna, Holton, Gwenyth, Grace and Kyle; her brother Max Shepherd of Windsor; her aunts and uncles, Betty Prest of Brinsley and Marwood; her nephews, Barry and Justin Shepherd; her niece Brandi; and her friends, Irene, Margriet, Phyllis (late Joe) and Pat.
