It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Ann Smith (London, Ontario), who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Lindsay Smith; her parents, Melville MacGregor and Arlie MacGregor; and her siblings, Gae, Clyde MacGregor, Dolores and Carna MacGregor.
She is survived by: her siblings, Drew MacGregor (Jo-Anne) of Lucan, Norma of London and Anne-Marie MacGregor of Victoria, B. C.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations in her memory may be made to the Children's Hospital in London.
