With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kata Rukavina (London, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 24, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Šnjarić and Mande Šnjarić; and her siblings, Mile, Joso and Manda.
She is survived by: her spouse Mile Rukavina (Mike); her children, Vesna Jarvis (Rob) and Željko Rukavina (Patty Wilson); and her siblings, Ivan (Nada), Ante-Martin (Josie), Dragan (Lucy) and Mare (Nikola). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home (362 Waterloo St, London, ON N6B2N6). A prayer will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Leopold Mandic Croatian Catholic Church (2889 Westminster Dr, London, ON N6N 1L7). An entombment will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Peter's Cemetery (806 Victoria St, London, ON N5Y4E1).
