She is survived by: her children, Damien (Ashley) and Ashley (Kurtis); her grandchildren, Joseph Eggett, Dominic, Annabelle Ryder and Charleigh Wyse; and her siblings, Donna Wilson, Deborah Ratz (Will), Colleen Atkinson, Barb Pepper (Steve), Christopher and Paul Atkinson.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1997 Dundas St, London, ON N5V1P6). A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.

Donations in memory of Kathy may be made to Diabetes Canada.
