He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert Baxter and Marjorie Baxter. He is survived by : his siblings, Marlene Gillan (late Ralph), Tom Baxter (Rosemary), Ted Baxter, Marguerite Gillan (John), Vernon, Gerald and Pauline. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
