He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Roberta Ratcliffe. He is survived by: his parents, Bryan Oswald and Irene Oswald of Kanata, Ontario.; his wife Marian Ratcliffe of West Grey; his brother Peter Oswald (Teresa) of Nepean; his niece Rebecca; his nephew Jacob; his father-in-law John Ratcliffe of Scarborough; his brothers-in-law, Doug Ratcliffe of Kitchener, Alan Ratcliffe (Deb DaCosta) of Vanessa and Norman Ratcliffe (Tracey) of Keswick; and his friend Ice Cream.

In recognition of the excellent care and services provided to Keith during his illness memorial donations to the London Health Sciences Foundation - Cancer Program would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
