He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Dodge and Myrtle Dodge; and his sister Anna Sisson. He is survived by: his spouse Mary-Jo Dodge (Jody); his children, Erin Dodge, Kevin Dodge, Josh Shepherd, Jay Shepherd (Linda) and Johnathon Shepherd; and his sibling Helen Whiteside. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
