He was predeceased by: his parents, William George Kenneth Ferguson and Nellie Alice; his wife Katie Louise Ferguson; and his grandson Edward Ferguson. He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Earl Ferguson, William Stuart Ferguson and Della Louise Rice; and his sons, David Earl (Jane Elizabeth Ferguson), Richard Michael (Carolyn Louise Egelton), William Alexander (Judith Ann Haldane) and John Robert (Lorraine Ruth Ferguson). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Westview Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (709 Wonderland Rd, London, ON N6H).
