He was predeceased by: his grandson Nicholas Leibold. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hawkins; his sons, Darryl and Brian (Karen); his grandchildren, Alexander Leibold (Chelsey Chambers), Kaylee Hawkins (Cameron Heterington) and Ben; his great grandchildren, Skylah and Tyson; and his brother Dr. Richard Hawkins (Susan). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and many extended family members and friends.
