He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Box (Linda) and Mary Crivea (Martin); his siblings, Scott Box (Rowena), Dwayne Crivea (Paula) and Denise Crivea; his children, Shaun Box (Amanda), Jamie Box (Chris Hoogstra), Austin Box (Sarah Weyrauch) and Megan Box; the mother of his children Vicki Thomson (Stewart); his grandchildren, Cassidy Hoogstra, Leah Hoogstra, Logan Box and Conner Box; and his close friend Laurie Graham. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, friends.
