He is survived by: his spouse Helen Heller (Geiger); his daughters, Elizabeth Page (David) of Winchester, Massachusetts and Emily Andrews (David) of Hamilton, Ontario; and his grandchildren, Charlotte, Julia, Lucy, Miranda, Claire and Arthur.
