She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ronald Chapman and Olwen Esther Chapman. She is survived by: her siblings, Eric Chapman (Daphne) of London, Linda Talbot (John) of Bayfield, John Chapman (Karle) of Bayfield, Susan Chapman of London and David Chapman (Bonnie) of London; her nieces and nephews, Victoria Wallace, Matthew Chapman, Laura Chapman, Christopher Chapman, Cala Mitra, Lee Chapman, Andrew Chapman, Jennifer Nixon and Jamie Talbot; and her sister Medical Priorities.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to St. Joseph's Health Care Foundation (Cognitive Neurology Research) and Alice Saddy Association.
