He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo King and Viola King. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Tina DeMelo and Scott King; his grandchildren, Tyler Twells (Hannah Strang), Austin King, Kylie King, Brooklyn DeMelo and Mason DeMelo; and his siblings, Laura Hopper and Dolores Taylor-Gouett.
Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or Canadian Diabetes Association - London.
