He was predeceased by: his spouse Monique Lessard; his child Paul; and his sibling Gerald. He is survived by: his children, Louise, Michael Collins of Orillia, Johanne Giroux of London, Marc and Cindy Giroux of Edmonton; his grandchildren, Megan Collins, Michael Moir, Cory, Maria, Ciara and Liana; his great grandchildren, Devin, Emma Collins, Talia and Charlee Moir; and his siblings, Margaret, Francis, Mary and Patricia.
