He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Kilgar and Brian Church (Shannon McConnell); his brothers, Tyler and Kai; his grandparents, William, Geraldine Church, Sharon Hackney-Purchase and David Purchase; his uncles, William Church (Jessica) and Mark Church (Janis); his aunt Janis Kilgar (Terry Stride); and his cousins, Ethan, Ashley, Daniella, William "Alex", Jack, Michael and Jase.
