He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor Cornell; his son Martin; his parents, Lorne B. Hillier and Evaleen (Kalbfleisch); his parents-in-law, Sandy Cornell and Rhea (Thoman) of Point Edward, ON.; and his siblings-in-law, Hartley Cornell of Sarnia, Maxine Renchko (John) of Mount Pearl, NL and Patricia Mandley.
He is survived by: his son Lorne E. Hillier; his daughter-in-law Gerarda (Smith); his grandchildren, Olivia Kenyon (Spencer) of St. John's, NL, Brittany (Jake), Courtney, Matthew (Amanda) of London, ON. and Brendan Hillier of London, ON.; and his siblings-in-law, Harold Mandley (Dunnville), Margaret Cornell (Sarnia) and Vince Cornell (Cheryl Ann).
