He is survived by: his daughters, Brandy Fortey and Nikki Fortey; and his sisters, Eileen Allen (Ken), Joan Hundertmark (Larry), Kay Harris (Bryn), Linda Fewster (Bob), Margaret Yeoman (Ken) and Lois Williams (David).
