She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Mair and Harold Mair. She is survived by: her spouse Donald O'Leary; her children, Stephanie and Derrick (Meagan Beattie) of Edmonton; her siblings, Suzanne Westlake (Calvin), Cathy Forster (Bruce), Donny Mair (Allison), Barbara Melnick (Grant), Cindy Graham (Ron), Cheryl Cornish (Jim), Sandy Meyers (Steve) and Rosemary Mair (Lisa); and also Brian O'Leary. She is also survived by Aunt Lorraine will be dearly missed by her many nieces and nephews and their children.

We ask in lieu of flowers a memorial donation be made to the London Regional Cancer Clinic.
