He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederich Goldschmidt and Klara Goldschmidt; and his brother Günther Goldschmidt. He is survived by: his wife Louise Goldschmidt; his brother-in-law Harry Serbian (Gerda Marsh); his nieces and nephews, Mara, Susan, Mark, Harry and Patricia; and his godchildren, Raphael and Natasha.
