She was predeceased by: her husband Roman Kulchychki. She is survived by: her children, Nancy (Rob) and Bill (late Kim); her grandchildren, Stephen, Irina (Gary), Allison (Claudia), Ashley (John) and Casey (Sammy); her great grandchild Isabella; her brothers, John and Jim; and her sister-in-law Helen Humeniuk. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
