She was predeceased by: her husband Murray; her siblings, Ethel Rutledge and Walter Gibling; her siblings-in-law, Norma Moore, Eileen Little, Alma Peterson and McKenzie (Mac); and her son-in-law Denis O'Dea.

She is survived by: her children, Julie Trussler-O'Dea (Nelson Potter), Keith Trussler (Nancy) and Lisa Smith (Ron); her grandchildren, Ashlee Benest (Roger), Brad Trussler, Matthew Smith and Chelsea Smith (Brett Wiepjes); and her great grandchildren, Graham Benest and Benjamin Benest. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
