She was predeceased by: her significant other Dr. Frank Butson; her sister Audrey Lamont; and her parents, Kay Ford and Clifford Ford of Tilbury. She is survived by: her children, Julie and Tony Gubbels; her grandchildren, Jordan (Dave), Taylor and Mackenzie (Ben); and her sister Judy Vertz.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Westview Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (709 Wonderland Rd, London, ON N6H). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Westview Funeral Home (709 Wonderland Rd, London, ON N6H).
