She is survived by: her children, Dwight Tozer, Ken Tozer (Pat), Debbie Kemps (Paul) and Sandee Spencer; and her grandchildren, Shawn, Andrea Kemps, Crystal Caughell (Jason), Kyle Tozer, Randy Spencer (Alysia), Kim (Jason), Ricky (Michelle), Michael Ysebert, Mathew and Jenn Gow. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.
