It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Adelaide Coutinho (London, Ontario), who passed away on November 22, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Tony. She is survived by: her daughters, Grace, Ana, Tereza and Paula; and her grandchildren, Mavis, Leo and Tia Lai-Lai. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
