It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Cieslak (London, Ontario), who passed away on March 23, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Marian; and her parents, Kazimierz Siluk and Adela Siluk. She is survived by: her children, Magda Spasic (Paul Mothersole) and Michael Cieslak; and her grandchildren, Alyssa and Josh.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a limited number of people are able to attend visitation and service.
