It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjory Newcombe (London, Ontario), born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on July 9, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William Newcombe; and her son Henry Newcombe. She is survived by: her children, William Newcombe (Annete), Eileen McCormick (Robert), Shirley Caruana (late John), Michael Newcombe (Lisa), Danny Newcombe, Keith Newcombe (Yolanda), Karan Newcombe (Brian) and Heather Sivyer (Jeff); and her sister Mildred Phalen. She is also survived by many Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.

“Marge was one of the first person's I met when I moved to London in 1981. Always full of vinegar, Marge had a great sense of humor and was always willing to help anyone in need. She looked after my daughter when I went to work and was affectionately known as Nanny to all children, including those not her own. We kept in touch over the years, and she could always make me laugh, even in my darkest times. My sincere condolences go out to all her family.”
