He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Garrett and Peggy Garrett; and his brother Jim Garrett. He is survived by: his spouse Gayle (Leatherdale); his children, Steven Garrett, Lori of London, Virginia and John McAdam of Ingersoll; his grandchildren, Connor (Chantelle), John William (Amanda) and Stephanie (Justin); his great grandchildren, Anika, Johnathon and Aurora; and his siblings, Douglas (Nancy), Paul (Réjane), Gord (Ann) and Gail Ann. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations to St. Joseph's Hospice of London would be appreciated by the family.
