We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2025, Mona Elaine (Starks) Brown (London, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Starks and Helena Starks; her brothers, Stewart, Gary and Bradley; and her son Eric.
She is survived by: her children, André, Tony (Lorraine) and Penny (Rob Rixon); and her grandchildren, Jeff (Terryl), Ava, Jason (Brittany) and Luther (Wing). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
