She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Booth and Elizabeth Booth; her grandmother Katherine Antemann; her husband William David Mulholland Jr.; and her granddaughter Madison Amanda.

She is survived by: her children, William David, Charles Douglass, James Andrew, John Alexander (Martine), Elizabeth Helen, Madeline Louise, Sarah Alexandra, Caroline Marie (Andrew) and Bruce Henry; her grandchildren, Matthew, Eric, Fiona, Samuel, Patrick, Véronique, Isabelle, Fionnabhair, William and Andrew; and her great grandchild William.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Logan-Evans Funeral Home (371 Dundas St, London, ON N6B1V5). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Those who wish may make memorial donations to Operation Smile Canada (https://operationsmile.ca) in memory of Nancy.
