Nellie Dykxhoorn Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2021, Nellie Dykxhoorn (London, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dirk Dykxhoorn; and her parents, Herman Straten and Jentje Van Straten (Mooiweer). She is survived by: her children, Janet, John Medema, Harold, Teresa Dykxhoorn, Nellie, Eric and Julie Dykxhoorn; her siblings, Gus Van Straten (Fenny), Henk Van Straten (late Ali), Jennie DeVries (John), Herman Van Straten (Ena), Jean DeVries (Bart) and Willem Van Straten (Hinke); and her siblings-in-law, Corrie Dykxhoorn (late Tony), Margaret Bremer (late Harm), Tina Dykxhoorn (late Louis), Jack and Hermina Dykxhoorn. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
