He was predeceased by: his mother Jeanette Ruth Tye (Leibold). He is survived by: his father Darryl Hawkins of London; his siblings, Alexander Leibold (Chelsey) and Dayna Tye (Steven); his grandparents, Joyce, Ken Hawkins of London, Ross Leibold of Dashwood and Diane Pepper (Becker) of Thedford; his uncles, John (Arron Leibold), Christopher (Sonya Gibson) and Brian (Karen Hawkins); his aunt Samantha (Mike Bond); and his nieces and nephews, Tyson, Skylah Leibold, Dallas Tye and Beau Bierbaum. He is also survived by his great-aunts and uncles, cousins and their families, many friends.
