She was predeceased by: her parents, Franz Nuijten and Rosalia Nuijten; her sister Marianne Nuijten; and her siblings-in-law, Marion Tofflemire (late Clarence) and Vera Dugas.

She is survived by: her husband Tom Groshok; her children, Angela, David (Jen Clarke) and Michael Groshok; her grandchildren, Jewl'Yhana Ceroli (Will) and Kathryn Groshok; her great grandchildren, Rose and Dixie Lynn; her sister Marta Nuijten; and her brothers-in-law, George Brown (late Marilyn) and Sam Groshok (Cheri). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews.
