She was predeceased by: her spouse Leslie Mazik; her parents, Steve Churilla and Margit Churilla; and her brothers, Jerry, Bill, Henry, Oscar and Ernie.
She is survived by: her child Ilona Wolfenden (Leslie); her grandchildren, Melissa (Roy), Emilie (David), Janine (Stephen), Jaden and Jesse; her great grandchild Sienna; and her sister Grace Balogh of Niagara Falls. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations in Olga's memory may be made to The Dearness Home Auxiliary, Animal Rescue/Shelter or a Charity of Your Choice and would be appreciated by Olga's family.
