He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Bartlett (Phibbs); and his parents, Jonathan Bartlett and Annie Bartlett. He is survived by: his children, Gary Bartlett (Janet) of Markham, Gail Leonard (John) of Metcalfe, Linda Bartlett-Baskin (Phil) and Debby Roach. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
