He is survived by: his wife Marion Thornton; his children, Lucille Switzer (Lloyd) and Donald (Karn); and his grandchildren, Scott, Stuart, Christopher, Ashton and Kalvin. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
