It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia (Pat) Posno (London, Ontario), who passed away on April 19, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Warder and Frank Warder. She is survived by: her sister Joyce; her brother-in-law Tom Orchard; her children, Anne, Scott, Heather and Matthew; her grandchildren, Oliver, Lucy, Georgia, Owen, Hazel, Tyko, Hadi, Elliot, Zahra and Simon; her nephew Dave; and also Jen.
