He is survived by: his spouse Rhema; the fathers of children, Ethan and Gordon; his mother Carol; his siblings, Steve (Jennifer) and Mel Lelievre (Tim); his nephews, Baylen, Ryan, Dylan and Lucas; and his niece Lauren.
