He was predeceased by: his spouse Carole Culbert; his parents, Irvin Rock and Della Rock; and his brother-in-law Ross Osborn. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Lori Sweeney (Gregg); his sisters, Diane M. Osborn of Listowel and Karen Peters (Ron) of Lucan; and his nieces, Deb Lannin, Kendra Dick (Jamie) and Noralee Peters.
