She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son Chaim; her sister Fran; her niece Tori; her parents, Ernie Teagle and Mary-Alice Teagle (Milburn); and her husband John Scoggan.
Peggy's battle with Alzheimer's came to an end at Eden Gardens in Nanaimo BC on April 12, 2021 with her son Chaim, sister Fran, and beloved niece Tori at her side.
