He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnet Mott and Minnie Mott; and his siblings, Rowena Mott, Gerald, Earl and Russell Mott.
He is survived by: his sister Judy Urquhart (Bud); his children, Noreen Spruyt (Richard) and Jason Mott; his grandsons, Jacob (Kaylyn Reid), Tyler and Mark Spruyt; and his sisters-in-law, Betty, Frances and Irene. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
