He is survived by: his wife Louise Short; his children, Brandon Short (Kim) and Sarah Machado (Alex); his grandchildren, Bradley Short, Abby Short and Matthew Machado; and his sisters, Josie Brand (Matt McConnell) and Sue Short (Jeanne Jodoin).
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Willows Golf & Country Club (2124 Westchester Bourne, London, ON N6M1H6).
