He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; his parents, Gerardus and Cornelia (van Helvert) of Cock; and his siblings, Annie, Cees and Toos.
He is survived by: his children, Gary, Nikki, Henry, Olga, Peter, Susanne, Michael and Michelle; and his sister-in-law Gerrie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
