He was predeceased by: his sister Patricia; and his parents-in-law, Arlene, Don Simpson, Carl and Audrey Watson.
He is survived by: his wife Meryl (Watson); his children, David (Linda), Thomas (Carol-Ann) and Diane Thatcher (Jeffrey); his siblings, Robert Cox (Nancy) and Marnie Hazle (Stanley); and his siblings-in-law, Reg Watson (Lynda) and Wayne Watson (Jill).
