With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Carr (London, Ontario), born in Welland, Ontario, who passed away on November 2, 2019 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, Don, Jim, Victor and Herb. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kathryn Carr; his children, Dean (Dorothy) of Stratford, Richard (Kristine) of Stratford and Christopher (Jinhui) of Etobicoke; his grandchildren, Daniel and Kristen; his great great grandchild Ari; and his sister Lynne Acton (Allan) of Niagara Falls.
