He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lindsay and Susanna Lindsay; his sister Doreen Forron; his granddaughter Lauren Belding; his niece Brenda Forron; and his nephew Jackie Forron.

He is survived by: his spouse Beverley "Bev" Lindsay; his children, Rob Lindsay (Kate) of Doncaster, England, Heather Sidebotham (Randy) of London and Christina Lindsay of London; his grandchildren, Derek, Pippa, Rachel and Lexie; his niece Sherry; and his nephews, Charles and Wayne.
