She is survived by : her husband Joao Costa; her sons, Oscar Costa (Kim) and John Costa (Jodie); her grandchildren, Rosa, Chris, Jesse, Cameron and Mason; her great grandchildren, Charlotte and Rowan; and her sisters, Maria Agostinho and Susana Dias.
