She was predeceased by: her wife Lyle Curtis; and her friend Sammy. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Shane (Laura), Jill (Ryan), Beth (James), Andrew (Kayla), Scott, Michael (Lisa), Bryan (Nancy), Simran (Larissa) and Kiran (Nav); her brother Ralph Smith (Irene) of London; and her sister-in-law Lucille Curtis of Winnipeg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
