She was predeceased by: her husband Bob; her parents, Dr. C. L. Cushing (Chester) and Margaret Cushing; her stepfather Gordon Ruckle; and her sister-in-law Penny McCullough (late Ken).

She is survived by: her children, Brent (Shelly) and Lisa; her grandchildren, Corey Dillon (Carolyn), Laura Young, Ezra, Fanny (Elvis), Amaya, Ezekiel, Josh and Jess; her great grandchildren, Kai, Lochlann, Harper, Ozzy, Kaylie and Rick; her sisters, Nancy (late Glen Taylor), Gail (Barry Irwin) and Cathy Taylor; her cousins, Louise McQueen and Barb Rose; her sisters-in-law, Yvonne Young (late Kirk) and Sandra Ferguson (late Kinnon); Aleah, Dawson and Peyton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
