He was predeceased by: his parents, Len Phillips and Barbara Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his stepchildren, Brandon (Nichole) and Kerri; his sisters, Linda Duff (Larry) and Sue Mclachlen (late Norm); and his granddaughter MaKenna.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1997 Dundas St, London, ON N5V1P6). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (2001 Dundas St, London, ON N5V1P6). A reception was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1997 Dundas St, London, ON N5V1P6).
