Shirley Katherine Vanderhoek Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Katherine Vanderhoek (London, Ontario), who passed away on October 7, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandchildren, Joshua Pitchuck and Kaitlin Vanderhoek; her parents, Bill Jenson and Flossie Jenson; and her sisters, Georgina Jenson, Bernice Fardella and Joyce McMurtchy.

She is survived by: her children, Robert "Bob" Vanderhoek, Debbie Mancari (Vince), Darlene Rex (Don), Diana Pitchuck (Rick), Denise Ward (Steven) and Gerry Vanderhoek (Christine); her pet Squeak; and her sister Pat Medai (Jim).

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Make a Wish Foundation or to the London Humane Society.
